that are well cared for and bright.
Interior

Kitchen-stove, refrigerator and sink should be spotless, all work space
clear.

Bathrooms should be neat, spotless and fresh. Repair broken caulking
around the tub.

Make your closets tidy and uncluttered.

Clean walls, floors and windows.

Dust.
-
Remove all clutters from halls and stairs.

Remove clutter and unwanted items from the basement.

Clean the outside of the furnace and hot water tank.

Repair sticking doors, oil hinges and tighten all hardware.

Replace burnt out bulbs and add a higher wattage for brightness.

Replace loose floor tiles where necessary.

Store unneeded furniture and equipment elsewhere.

Clean the laundry equipment.
Exterior

Trim and edge your lawn, remove cuttings and clutter.

Weed and cultivate gardens and flowerbeds; plant some flowers.

Clean sidewalks of dirt, snow and ice.

Repair fence and paint if possible.

Clean out the garage of all unneeded articles, wash doors and wash the
driveway.

Wash all windows, repair damaged screens and windows.

Remove objects from sidewalk.

Make sure the Real Estate sign is visible and upright.

Clean gutters and eaves troughs.

Pick up litter.

Make sure the doorbell is in working condition.

Make sure the door is in good shape.

Ensure the porch and foyer are clean and tidy.
